How do I book a car?
Search for your desired vehicle, send a booking request, and wait for the agency to approve. You’ll get notified once it’s confirmed.
How do payments work?
Payments are made directly to the agency after booking confirmation. Movvo does not process customer payments.
What about pickup and return?
Agencies offer various pickup locations and some may provide delivery options. Check with your agency for details.
How can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Modifications and cancellations are managed through your agency account. Please contact them directly.
Is insurance included?
Insurance is provided by the agencies. Please confirm coverage details when booking.

How do I join Movvo as a car owner or agency?
You can apply by emailing us at partners@v2.movvo.ma or filling out the onboarding form. Our team will guide you through the process.
Is there any fee to join?
No, joining and listing your vehicles on Movvo is 100% free for now.
How do I get paid?
You get paid directly by the customer using the payment method you agree on with them.
What about insurance?
Agencies use their own existing insurance for rental vehicles. Movvo does not provide additional insurance.
Who handles pickups and returns?
Owners or agencies handle pickups and returns directly with renters according to their policies.
